OLEAN, N.Y. — The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize three outstanding honorees with its highest awards for 2025. The recipients will be celebrated at the Chamber’s 119th Annual Dinner on Thursday, Oct. 9, at the historic Olean Armory.
Mari Howard, president and CEO of Intandem, has been named the recipient of the L.O.U.I.E. Award (“Love of Olean, United in Enterprise”). The award honors individuals who embody the spirit of commercial growth and a deep admiration for the greater Olean community, reflecting the values of its namesake, Louis Marra. Last year’s honoree was James M. Stitt, CEO of Cutco Cutlery.
Bysiek CPA PLLC will receive the Enterprising Business Award, presented to a business that exemplifies the community’s unique “hometown” charm through excellence in administration, customer service, or overall presence. Hedley Brook Agency earned the recognition in 2024.
“It is truly an honor to celebrate these three outstanding individuals for their contributions to both business and community. Their dedication, leadership, and generosity exemplify what these awards recognize, and we are proud to acknowledge their achievements at the Annual Dinner.”
Christine Pecherzewski, GOACC director of events and operations.
The Presidential Award will be presented to Martin Maynard of ASK Design. This distinction recognizes an individual or business that has become an integral part of the greater Olean area’s fabric through iconic presence and community impact. Last year’s honoree was the Tri-County Arts Council.
