The Greater Olean Area Chamber of Commerce is bringing the magic back to Lincoln Park on Saturday, December 13 with the beloved Jingle Bell Jubilee, an afternoon packed with joyful traditions, local talent, family fun, and festive surprises.
Whether you’re hunting for handcrafted gifts, treating the kids to a magical moment with Santa, or simply soaking up the sounds and sights of the season, this event brings the whole community together in the most delightful way.
🛍️ Holiday Arts & Crafts Show
noon-6 p.m.
Kick off your afternoon with a stroll through the Holiday Arts & Crafts Show, featuring locally made gifts, décor, art, and more.
It’s the perfect place to support small businesses and score something special for your holiday list (or yourself — we won’t judge!).
🐴 Horse & Carriage Rides
noon-3 p.m. – Sponsored by Sol Epoxy
It doesn’t get more magical than a horse-drawn carriage ride through downtown Olean. Magic Moments Carriages will be on-site offering festive rides at $3 pre-sale and $5 at the event while supplies last.
Pre-sale tickets are available starting at the GOACC Gift Shop at 301 N. Union St.
🎅 Meet Santa, Mrs. Claus & Belle the Elf
3:30-6 p.m.
Get those wish lists ready!
Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Belle the Elf will be greeting families throughout the afternoon. Every child receives a free goodie bag courtesy of Impact Internet and a personalized ornament from Belle.
🎶 Live Holiday Music — All Afternoon!
Olean’s talented musicians and performers are ready to fill Lincoln Park with your favorite holiday classics. This year’s lineup, curated by Steve Ahl, is absolutely stacked:
- noon-12:30: OHS Choir
- 12:30–1: OHS Musical
- 1–1:30: Olean Theatre Workshop — High School Class
- 1:30–2: Olean Theatre Workshop — Middle School Class
- 2–2:30: Special Performance by Neighborhood School of Dance

The students of Southern Tier Catholic School will bring the Christmas story to life in a beautiful live nativity scene, a touching reminder of the meaning behind the season.
